Job Summary

As a Telesales Associate at AltSchool, your primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential customers. You'll play a crucial role in our sales process by initiating outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and cross-selling to existing clients. 

Your success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is vital, and you'll utilize CRM software to efficiently manage leads and interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless communication.

Job Details

What you will be doing:

  • Identify potential customers and build a database of leads. 
  • Qualify leads to determine their suitability as potential customers. 
  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce AltSchool products.
  • Engage potential customers in conversations to understand their needs. 
  • Engage existing customers where necessary and cross-sell to them
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals set by the organization. 
  • Utilize CRM software to record and manage interactions. 
  • Update lead information and call history in the CRM system.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Data entry
  • Written Communication
  • Verbal Communication
  • Customer service experience
  • G-suites
  • Product sales experience
     

Benefits

  • Additional commission of up to NGN100,000 is available on paid conversions, subject to meeting predefined targets and KPIs.
