Job Summary
About the Role
The Business Program Manager, Campus, serves as the Chief Executive of the Campus Program, driving its strategic, operational, and financial success. You are the CEO of your unit, accountable for enrolments, revenue, retention, learner outcomes, and the seamless coordination of both the in-person and virtual learning experiences.
Campus represents AltSchool’s hybrid learning innovation: a 6-day-a-week immersive bootcamp model (3 days virtual, 3 days in-person) designed to deliver world-class training with physical collaboration and mentorship. You will oversee this unique environment, ensuring operational excellence, learning quality, and strong business performance.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll define and execute growth strategies, work closely with Marketing to attract quality learners, collaborate with Learner Success to retain them, and ensure every bootcamp under your program meets its academic and business targets. Your success is measured by how sustainably the Campus grows not only in student numbers but in satisfaction, completion rate, and financial outcomes.
To thrive in this role, you must be highly present, hands-on, and people-oriented, capable of building relationships both virtually and on-site. You are both a business driver and a program leader, taking 360° ownership of the health, growth, and impact of your Campus program.
Above all, you’re deeply invested in the success of AltSchoolers, designing and implementing initiatives that make their hybrid learning experience enriching, efficient, and transformative.
