Job Summary

About the Role

The Business Program Manager, AI & Automation Unit, plays a transformative role in shaping how AltSchool integrates artificial intelligence and automation into all its learning experiences. You are the Chief Integrator and Innovator — leading the charge to ensure every AltSchool graduate is equipped with the AI skills, tools, and mindset required to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.

You will serve as both a strategic enabler and business owner, responsible for embedding AI-driven thinking, learning, and automation capabilities across all AltSchool diploma programs, while also designing and launching new AI-focused learning products, including Nanodiplomas, and Masterclasses.

This role requires someone who can think broadly across disciplines, connecting engineering, data, product, and creative schools into a unified ecosystem powered by AI. You’ll collaborate closely with school leads, instructors, product teams, and industry partners to design programs that are market-relevant, scalable, and commercially viable.

Your success will be measured by the depth of AI integration across schools, the impact of new programs you launch, and the revenue and learner growth generated from these initiatives.

Above all, you’re deeply passionate about reimagining education for the AI era, ensuring that every learner at AltSchool graduates ready to build, adapt, and lead in an automated world
