About the role

We’re looking for a data-driven growth marketer who can turn our existing leads into meaningful conversions. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from segmentation and automation to experimentation and optimization.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze generated leads data and create audience segments for highly targeted campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize automated email/SMS workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to implement learnings.
  • Use data to uncover insights and drive next steps.
  • Own funnel metrics: open rates, CTRs, conversions.
  • Design and execute experiments to boost conversions

Requirements

Must have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms 
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Comfortable analyzing data with SQL and other related tools
  • Hands-on experience in growth marketing or marketing operations.
